Pariplay has increased its market presence in Canada after inking a partnership agreement with the Atlantic Lottery.
Under the provisions of the latest deal, the provider will offer a selection of its games and third-party content through the Fusion platform.
The Atlantic Lottery deal is part of the company’s growth strategy, whose ultimate goal is to help Pariplay become a major player in regulated iGaming markets across Canada. 100% of the crown corporation’s profits return to local communities in Atlantic Canada.
Pariplay has several similar deals in Canada, including those with operators in Ontario and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.
Last month, Pariplay became part of the NeoGames network following the completion of the tender offer to take over Aspire Global. More than 99% of the shares have already been tendered, while the settlement date should be set by the end of June.
Commenting on the deal, Vice-President of Sales at Pariplay, Andrew Maclean, said:
The regulated North American markets are of major importance to Pariplay, and we are having considerable success, including in Canada, where we have a strong product offering available. With that in mind, reaching an agreement with ALC is another major milestone for us as we continue to roll out our content across the country. It is an exciting deal and one that we believe will prove fruitful for all parties.
