NHL and Interwetten sign a new partnership agreement

The National Hockey League (NHL) has announced the inking of a new multi-year partnership deal with Interwetten.

Under the terms of this agreement, the renowned sports betting brand has become the league’s official partner in Germany and Austria Established in Vienna, the company should help the NHL increase brand awareness in these countries and, at the same time, offer safe betting products for fans.

By becoming the NHL’s official partner, the online casino will be able to use the league’s branding in its marketing campaigns and across its sports betting offering in Austria and Germany.

Interwetten will get leading marketing positions on the league’s digital assets. It includes the official German-language version of the NHL.com site. The sports betting company has also gained rights to use marks, logos, and official designations of the NHL to offer customers authentic programs.

The Austrian operator will also benefit from an entire portfolio of NHL-related media assets, such as tailor-made digital, email and social marketing campaigns. These campaigns will be focused on increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.
